Responsibilities:
At Randstad, we believe that our candidate management is the key to our success. As part of our central Talent Center, you will become an invaluable expert for the entire organization. Here, you will find tomorrow's talents and match them with exciting assignments for our clients across the country. Your workday will mainly consist of creating and publishing job ads, selection, phone interviews, personal interviews, taking references, conducting background checks, and sending out tests.
The role is based at one of our offices in Sweden, but you also have the option to work partially remotely. To be eligible for the position, you must be a student or have another primary occupation (e.g., studies) of at least 50%. We would like you to be able to work about 2 shifts per week.
Qualifications:
We believe that you are studying at a university/college/VET with a focus on HR or similar. You are at the beginning of your career and are now looking for a chance to develop within recruitment.
To thrive in the role, you need to be responsible and meticulous in your work, and of course, find recruitment very exciting!
Furthermore, we believe that you enjoy creating and maintaining relationships and are a good team player who appreciates the opportunity to learn from your colleagues.
We see that you are a person who is attentive, engaged, and solution-oriented in your approach to tackling and solving the various tasks that the position entails.
At times, the pace is high, so you need to have a good ability to plan and organize your work and be eager to achieve good results.
You need to have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as we document and meet many candidates in our daily work and need to hold dialogues with colleagues across the country.

Our recruitment process consists of several different stages in the form of interviews and tests, and we conduct a criminal record check on all final candidates.
